a) Data collected, form and purpose of their processing.

Besides, YPF S.A. may disclose personal data if required by law, within the framework of a judicial process or at the request of an authority, both inside and outside the country. Likewise, we also publish personal information if it were necessary or convenient for the sake of national security, to comply with existing legislation or for other relevant reasons of public interest.
b) Security of personal data.
YPF SA has adopted the measures and security levels for data protection required by Law. The personal data collected on this Website are processed automatically and are stored on servers owned by YPF, which are duly registered with the National Database Registry (“Registro Nacional de Bases de Datos”).
All private communications between YPF SA and Users will be considered confidential. In addition, all kinds of information exchanged between both parties, and the information that both parties agree to be of a confidential nature will hold the status of confidential information.
In addition, in order to ensure the protection of trade secrets between YPF SA and the User, the latter agrees not to reveal to third parties neither his identification data, password or reference numbers, which if needed will be provided directly by YPF SA.
Any information and Personal Data entered by User is provided as a sworn statement.
YPF S.A. is not responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by Users. However, it ensures the accuracy of the collected data. Such data are kept for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, unless required to be kept for a longer term under the law.
c) Data Subject Rights
Data subjects may exercise the right of free access to their data gratuitously, by duly proving their identity to such end, at intervals of not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest for such access is evidenced pursuant to the provisions of section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. Besides, if appropriate, data subjects are entitled to exercise the rights of data rectification and suppression.
In order to exercise such rights, data subjects must submit a request, either in person or remotely, by any of the following means: e-mail, registered demand letter and/or written submission with signature certified by a Bank or notary public and/or postal or telegraphic means.
The request must include: a) Name and surname; b) Original or certified copy of the DNI (Argentine ID) or equivalent legally valid document evidencing his/her identity; c) Address; d) Zip Code; e) Telephone; f) E-mail; g) Indication of the type of right being exercised: right of access, rectification, suppression, update or confidentiality. In the last three cases, the data subject provide a brief explanation of the reasons for the request; h) Means through which the data subject desires to obtain the information, which may be provided by electronic, telephone, image or other means appropriate to such end in compliance with section 15.3 of Law No. 25,326; i) the data subject’s handwritten signature at the end of the request from. If the request is made by e-mail, a digital signature, if any, may be used.
