He is Director of YPF S.A. since July 2024.
Experience
Mr. Biffi is a surveyor graduated from Universidad Juan Agustín Maza, in the Province of Mendoza. Between 1981 and 1987 he practiced his profession privately.
Between 1983 and 1987 he was appointed councilman of the city of Godoy Cruz, Province of Mendoza.
He was a Provincial Deputy between 1990 and 1999. Between 1999 and 2007 he was appointed Mayor of the Municipality of Godoy Cruz. He was Provincial Senator from 2010 to 2014, and Provincial Deputy between 2015 and 2019.
Studies
From 2020 to 2023 he served as Undersecretary of Institutional Relations of the Ministry of the Province of Mendoza.
