Present
Mr. Kearney is our Vice President of Finance since August 2025.
Experience
He has 22 years of professional experience at YPF. He has served as CFO of YPF Luz since April 2024, and as Executive Manager of Planning and Finance at YPF from August 2020 to March 2024. He joined YPF in 2003 and has built his career across various areas and roles in finance, planning, management control, and human resources within the Group. From 2014 to 2020, he held the position of Corporate Planning and Management Control Manager and Controller for the Downstream business. Prior to that, he worked in Human Resources, both in Argentina and at Repsol in Spain. He has also served as a board member of YPF Luz and Refinor.
Studies
Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the Universidad Católica Argentina, various specialization programs, along with an MBA from Torcuato Di Tella University.
